The Parks & Recreation Department operates on a first-come, first-served basis when reserving the field. However, we make it a top priority to teach children that sharing is a top priority and expect adults to administer the same code of ethics.
When making field reservations, each team is only allowed to reserve two slots per week (M-F) and they cannot be the same time each time. (In other words, if Team A signs up for Monday 5pm – 7pm and would like their additional day to be Thursday, they are not allowed to reserve the 5pm – 7pm slot). The slots are filled in 2 hour increments beginning at 3:00 pm and ending at 9:00 pm.
